Do you do any lab monitoring in patients prescribed topical ruxolitinib?

So when it comes to lab monitoring, I do not consider or do any lab monitoring when it comes to ruxalitinib, just because it is a topical agent with minimal systemic absorption. So I do not do any lab monitoring, whether it's CBC, CMP, or lipids, which is what we do for other oral jack inhibitors. I certainly do not do that for patients that are on topical ruxolithnib.
