Is there any data on contact dermatitis with use of topical JAK inhibitors for atopic dermatitis?

So no studies that I've seen out there looking at topical jack inhibitors for if they're triggering allergic contact dermatitis. I'm not aware of any reports of allergic contact dermatitis from ruxalitinib. However, there is propylene glycol in the vehicle. So if you have somebody who's propylene glycol allergic, it is certainly possible that they are going to have allergic contact dermatitis from the cream. More interesting question. Question for me is is topical recollectinib going to work for allergic contact dermatitis? It's a really interesting question. I actually expect that it will work for allergic contact dermatitis. My experience is that monoclonal antibodies do not work for allergic contact dermatitis. But I am betting that Jack inhibitors, both topical and systemic, will because they are broader spectrum, just like I talked about a minute ago. Talk about their comparison to monoclonal antibodies.
