Was the folliculitis reported in the tapinarof trials problematic?

In the pivotal trials for DiPinrov, there were reports of folliculitis, which, again, were not a dose limiting nor a tendency to drop out of the trials, even though they were reported as an adverse event. And I think it's something we have to watch for. I think the mechanism of folliculitis still needs to be understood even more. So, it's not a sterile filiculitis versus an infectious filiculitis from what the reporting was. So I would be very reticent in not writing this drug once it comes out because of filiculitis, I would just definitely watch and consult patients on what's going to happen next, and then we would go from there.
