The safety profile for spesolimab is actually quite excellent. There are very few things that we have to worry about. There's nothing to monitor pre-treatment other than your monitoring that you're doing for the baseline work-up. When we give spesolimab, we don't have to pretreat with Tylenol, Benadryl or anything like that. It is a very easy treatment - IV over 90 minutes. We can do it as an outpatient or an inpatient. Mainly people may complain a little bit of fatigue, nausea, sometimes a little bit of burning and stinging, but it's really a very, very safe drug and patient patients tolerate it quite well.
