Are topical JAK inhibitors, on the whole, more efficacious than superpotent topical steroids for atopic dermatitis?

We don't really know how the efficacy of vacciolitinib compare against superpodant topical steroid because we don't have head to head comparison study. But from phase two study, head to head against chime synolog, we know that raxolitinib does perform much better than chime synolog. In terms of this phase two study, percent of patients who achieve clear or almost clear, which was the main endpoint, braxalidinib was 38%, triumphinolone was only 25%. So we have that data that raxolitinib much higher achievement rate in terms of clear or almost clear, but we just don't have head to head comparison against super potent topical steroid. And that is the kind of data that I even personally will be very interested.
