What is your preferred treatment for acute guttate psoriasis?

You. Over the past few years, my treatment algorithm for managing patients with gut tape psoriasis has changed. A few years ago, I would consider starting a patient either on cyclosporin or initiating phototherapy. Now I feel that utilizing the newer biologics like an aisle 17 or aisle 23 is the best and easiest approach for managing these patients effectively and efficiently. As long as the patients are completely clear at six months, I will continue stopping these medications in this patient subgroup as some of these patients can have a durable remission.
