Can you combine topical ruxolitinib with topical calcineurin inhibitors?

In my opinion, and in the way the studies were designed, ruxalitinib was meant to be a monotherapy agent. And truly, in clinical practice, when you're treating your patient with a non steroidal agent, you're usually going to use these alone, one or the other, for various reasons, but also it gives you more clarity on how the patient is responding when used in a monotherapy setting, and I think that this will likely be how they're utilized in practice.
