So we advise patients with atopic dermatitis to be aware of molluscan contagios and papules because the pox virus finds its way into the examinous areas and that defective barrier a little bit more rapidly to create the spots. And there's a little bit extra risk in terms of that barrier, as well as that disruptive skin to develop mollusca, which can spread very quickly in those examinous plaques.
