How do you apply Duobrii lotion in order to avoid irritation?

You? Well, as you know, the ovulation contains tazaratin. And unfortunately, tazaratin is known to be irritating. So originally we always, we were taught that we put the medicine on first and then we apply the moisturizer. But now there are some clinical studies actually shows that if you apply the moisturizer first and then apply the patient, it might be much better tolerability. And really, you're not losing much from efficacy. So I do that. Tell that to my patients when I give them duobilosion. I tell them, first apply the moisturizer, then apply the duo lotion. And I don't think we are losing anything from efficacy, but certainly gaining a lot of tolerability.
