How do you utilize product samples in plaque psoriasis?

You, samples are always nice, and patients always seem to appreciate them. Amazingly, I think there are a fair number of patients that see the provider and then never pick up the prescription. And in the case of patients that are so inclined, I think giving a sample and letting the patient see some improvement may increase their likelihood of actually filling the prescription. That's in the general sense, but in particular, it when you're prescribing a, a branded drug, that b has to be filled at a specialty pharmacy, I found that there can be a lot of patient pushback. Patients may be inclined reflexively to express a desire for the generic or for it to go to their local pharmacy. And so in this case, I find that samples are a very important hook. If you're serious about wanting the patient to have a branded drug because, for example, it doesn't contain propylene glycol, then I think samples are a must. All.
